We love to tell people about Robert Pitts, We were interviewing Realtors for selling our property in West-Los Angeles including the supposed area specialist and top agent. All the agents supplied us with data and informed us that at best our property was worth $1.400,000. and this should be our starting point, yet expect to come down some. Well someone told us about Robert Pitts and we asked him to come out and evaluate our home. After he completed his market analysis he went on to inform us that our property had a very desired zoning which would allow the right buyer to build townhomes or condos on our lots. Thank You for assisting Bruce and I in selling our home. After two real estate agents tried unsuccessfully to sell our house, we had lost faith that we would ever sell it. Here is our story:
We had originally placed our house for sale in June 2006. Initially we chose a realtor who did not believe in Open Houses and after 3 months on the market and no offers, we decided to refinance and take it off the market.
In September 2006, my husband and I separated and we both decided it would be best to sell the house. Unfortunately, the real estate market was even worse than it was before and houses were staying on the market for even longer. This time we made the mistake of choosing a real estate agent who had no marketing plan and was unfamiliar with the area. We were starting to run out of time. At this point, we were desperate, exasperated and both feeling like we would lose the house to foreclosure. In November 2006, the realtor’s contract expired and I started looking for another agent. Luckily my friend who also lives in the area had just received a newsletter from Robert Pitts and suggested that I probably should choose a local realtor.
